Ouston Parish Council Meetings
Currently the full Council meets at 7.00pm on the fourth Thurday of each month. We have an allocation on the Agenda for ‘representation from residents’ during the meeting. The Council actively encourages residents to attend and ask questions or make suggestions. Members of the public can attend these meeting and listen to the proceedings. However, members of the public can not participate.
Meetings are held in Ouston Community Centre. Sub-committees meet on an ad-hoc basis as and when necessary.
Please view our Meetings Diary for the dates and times of all upcoming meetings. Ouston Parish Council will publish all available agendas and minutes of future meetings and minutes of past meetings as soon as they are agreed by committee.
The procedures of the Parish Council are conducted according to our Standing Orders. Key documents relating to parish practices are availabe to view or download in this section of the website. Any Policy and Procedures documents are available on request from the Parish Clerk.
